医院核医学科工作人员内照射监测的必要性研究 |

摘 要: 目的 探讨医院核医学科工作人员进行内照射监测的必要性。方法 依据1999 年IAEA 推荐的标准, 收集3 家医院核医学科13 名工作人员每年操作核素的种类、总活度及操作时所采取的防护措施等信息, 判断工作人员是否需要进行内照射监测。结果 除一名工作人员131I 给药的决定系数d 值为0.6、总决定系数D 值为6.03 外, 其余工作人员操作某种核素的决定系数d 值和总决定系数D 值均≥1。根据1999 年IAEA 推荐的判定标准, 本次调查的工作人员均需要进行内照射监测。结论 核医学科工作人员在进行核素的操作时存在发生内照射的风险, 其职业活动中所受内照射剂量不容忽视, 应加强核医学科的辐射防护, 对核医学科工作人员进行常规的内照射监测。 |

Abstract: Objective To explore whether the nuclear medicine staffs in hospitals should be given internal radiation moni⁃toring. Methods The nuclide types , total activity and protection measures adopted annually were collected of every staff, then to judge whether the staff need the internal radiation monitoring on the basis of the standard recommended by IAEA. Results The results showed that the determination coefficient d and total determination coefficient D of all staffs were greater than 1, ex⁃cept one whose determination coefficient d value of 131I administration was 0.6 total determination coefficient D value was 6.03.
According to the standard recommended by IAEA, all the 13 of the nuclear medicine staffs in three hospitals required internal ra⁃diation monitoring. Conclusion The study suggested that there was the risk of internal exposure during operation of radionu⁃clides, the internal exposure dosage received by nuclear medicine staff should not be ignored, therefore, it was necessary to en⁃hance radiation protection in nuclear medicine units and routinely implemented internal radiation monitoring for nuclear medicine staff routinely. |
