摘 要: 男性生殖系统对外界物质非常敏感。职业暴露对男性生殖机能影响的研究方法较为复杂、影响因素多,研究结果易出现偏差。男性职业人群生殖机能影响研究涉及对生育状况评估,实验室、遗传学、影像学检查以及性功能评估等,技术环节多、质量控制严格、专业性强。本文对男性职业人群生殖机能损伤的研究目的、研究类型、调查对象和样本量、研究内容、研究方法、数据库建立和统计分析、评价指标、混杂因素与质量控制等方面进行探讨,旨在指导和规范男性职业人群生殖机能损伤研究。

Abstract: The male reproductive system is highly sensitive to external substances.The research methods on the impact of occupational exposure on the reproductive function of male workers are more complex and influencing factors,and the research results are prone to deviations.The research on the reproductive function of male occupational groups involves the evaluation of fertility status,laboratory,genetics,imaging examination and sexual function assessment.There are many technical links,strict quality control and strong professionalism. This paper discusses the objectives, study design, target population,sample size,research content,methodologies,database creation,statistical analysis,evaluation indicators,confounding factors,and quality control measures in research on reproductive impairment among male occupational groups.The aim is to provide guidance and standardization for conducting research in this field.
