石油销售人员焦虑症状在职业倦怠与工作能力间的中介效应研究

摘 要: 目的 探究焦虑症状在石油销售人员职业倦怠与工作能力关系中的作用,为石油销售人员工作能力提升措施的制定提供参考。方法 整群抽取四川省与天津市 2 家石油销售公司 26 个加油站的 1890 名一线销售人员作为研究对象,收集其职业倦怠、焦虑症状、工作能力及基本信息等资料,分析石油销售人员职业倦怠、焦虑症状及工作能力现状,评估焦虑症状在职业倦怠与工作能力间的具体作用。结果 1890 名石油销售人员的职业倦怠得分(2.25±1.15)分,检出率 71.4%;焦虑症状得分(46.53±11.48)分,检出率 31.6%;工作能力得分(37.12±3.88)分,工作能力不佳检出率 37.0%。相关分析显示,职业倦怠与焦虑症状呈正相关(r=0.60,P<0.01);工作能力与职业倦怠(r=-0.34,P<0.01)、焦虑症状(r=-0.35,P<0.01)均呈负相关。中介效应分析显示,职业倦怠对工作能力影响存在总效应(B=-0.32,P<0.001)和直接效应(B=-0.16,P<0.001),焦虑症状在职业倦怠对工作能力影响过程中存在中介效应(B=-0.16,P<0.001),中介效应占比达 50.9%。结论 石油销售人员中的职业倦怠与焦虑症状不容乐观,焦虑症状是职业倦怠影响工作能力的中介因素,其状况的改善可有效提升石油销售人员的工作能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the role of anxiety symptoms in the relationship between job burnout and work ability of petroleum sales personnel, thereby provide reference for the development of measures to improve their work ability. Methods A total of 1 890 petroleum sales personnel from 26 gas stations of two petroleum sales companies in Sichuan province and Tianjin city were selected by cluster sampling as the research subjects,and the data such as job burnout, anxiety symptoms,work ability,etc.were collected,analyze the present situation of occupational burnout,anxiety symptoms,and work ability status of petroleum sales personnel,and assess the specific role of anxiety symptoms in the relationship between occupational burnout and work ability.Results The results showed that job burnout score of 1890 petroleum sales personnel was 2.25±1.15,with 71.4% of detection rate;the score of anxiety symptoms was 46.53±11.48,31.6% of detection rate;the score of work ability was 37.12±3.88,and the detection rate of poor work ability was 37. 0%. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between job burnout and anxiety symptoms (r=0.60,P<0.01),while work ability was negatively correlated with job burnout (r=-0.34,P<0.01) and anxiety (r=-0.35,P<0.01);the analysis of mediating effect showed that job burnout had a total effects (B=-0.32,P<0.001) and a direct effects (B=-0.16,P<0.001) on work ability,while the anxiety symptoms had a mediating effect (B=-0.16,P<0.001) on the impact of job burnout on work ability,the effect accounted for 50.9%.Conclusion The results suggested that the situations of job burnout and anxiety symptoms in petroleum sales personnel were not optimistic,anxiety symptoms was the mediating factor in the impact of job burnout on work ability, and the effect is obvious,the improvement of its condition could effectively improve the work ability of petroleum sales personnel.
