摘 要: 含能材料可用于火箭推进剂制造、粉末和高性能炸药加工等领域,在制造、运输、储存和处置的过程中均有可能对从业人员健康造成一定危害。本文拟着重介绍 CD59 基因突变、纠错第二代测序(ecNGS)、ToxTracker 技术等遗传毒性检测方法,希望能为含能材料遗传毒性的研究提供新的思路,进一步保障从业人员的职业健康。 |

Abstract: Energetic materials can be used in rocket propellants manufacturing,powders and high-performance explosives processing,etc.,which may pose certain risks to the health of employees in the processes of manufacturing,transportation,storage and disposal.This article will intend to focus on introducing some genotoxicity detection methods,such as CD59 gene mutation test,error-corrected second-generation sequencing (ecNGS) and ToxTracker technology,thereby provide some new ideas for the study of genotoxicity detection of energetic materials,and further ensure the occupational health of practitioners. |
