摘 要: 尘肺是由生产环境中存在石英粉尘所导致的肺纤维化,其发病机制比较复杂。建立完善的尘肺病动物模型可以为发病机制及预防研究提供理论依据。通过对文献的梳理概括,总结目前以气管切开暴露和非气管切开暴露方式建立尘肺病动物模型的常用方法,分析各种动物模型优、缺点,为尘肺病基础研究与治疗策略有效性评价提供参考。 |

Abstract: Pneumoconiosis is a pulmonary fibrosis caused by the presence of quartz dust in the production environment,and its pathogenesis is relatively complex.Establishing a comprehensive animal model of pneumoconiosis can provide theoretical basis for the pathogenesis and prevention.By reviewing and summarizing the literature,the commonly used methods for establishing animal models of pneumoconiosis are summarized.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various animal models,reference is provided for the basic research and effectiveness evaluation of pneumoconiosis. |
